Day of Coordination

2 week event management assistance. Contacts vendors to confirm arrival & set-up times and makes sure everyone is on the same page.
On-site 5 hours.
Timeline creation (order of events). Meeting to confirm timeline.
Distributes and  follows timeline to assure smooth execution.
Available by phone and email.

Provide multiple vendor referrals.
Provide information for available resources and services.
Offer information so that you may make informed decisions.
Constant communication with vendors to finalize pending information and logistics.
Available for some meetings, unlimited access via phone and email. 
Timeline creation, distribution, and execution.
Assists and distributes diagram layout.
On-site 6-8 hours.
Minor set-up            
Coordinates and attends 1 hour rehearsal.
Includes extra hostess.

Discusses event insurance.

Coordinates with the entertainment to keep the event flowing.

Welcomes and directs guests to ceremony and reception.
